How do I prepare a Shakezz Milkshake?

Place the contents of the bag in the blender and add 2 Ice-Sticks (which we will provide you with). Add 100ml of water. Just mix until it's smooth... and you're done! You can also prepare the Milkshake with a hand blender.

I am unable to place an order via your site. What should I do?

Contact us via Whatapp +31634277230. Perhaps one of our employees can help you step by step through the ordering procedure.

I want Shakezz Milkshakes in my catering business, retail store or candy store. What should I do?

Go to 'Business' in the menu. Create a business account there. After approval (30 minutes during office hours) you will receive a confirmation of approval by email, and you can log in with your business account.

Are there any animal fats or gelatines in your milkshakes?

No. All Shakezz Milkshakes fit within a vegetarian diet.

Do you use fragrances, colourings and flavourings in your milkshakes?

No! Shakezz only uses real ingredients in their milkshakes. And you can taste that!

On which day will my order be delivered?

This depends on the country where you are located. In the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, delivery takes an average of 1 working day. For other countries this may be slightly longer.

What time will my order be delivered?

Before your order is delivered, the courier service will send you an e-mail notifying you that your order is on its way, including the estimated time of delivery.

In this e-mail that you receive from the parcel service, you can also indicate that the driver may drop your parcel at a place indicated by you. You can also indicate that the parcel may be delivered to your neighbours, or that you prefer to collect it from a collection point in your neighbourhood.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

If you are a private individual, the minimum order is 4 Milkshakes.

If you order on behalf of a company and you have a business account, the minimum order is 1 x 12 pieces of the same flavor

Do the shakes and Ice-Sticks have to be kept in the freezer?

No. But it is of course useful if you suddenly feel like having a Milkshake, that they are already nice and frozen and can be made immediately.

What is the amount of milkshake that comes out of a bag after preparation?

After preparation, you will have approximately 400ml of milkshake.

What do I need to add during the preparation of the milkshakes?

100ml water. Nothing else at all! So don't add milk either. Our milkshakes already contain a lot of milk.

We recommend that you always serve the milkshakes with a nice dollop of whipped cream on top. The eye wants something too 😉
