1. Put the contents in the blender

Take 1 bag of Shakezz and the 2 Ice-Sticks from your freezer and put the contents in a blender.

2. Add 100 ml of cold water

No milk, because there is already plenty of it. It can just be tap water.

3. Mix for 15 seconds. And ready!

Depending on your blender it may take a little longer or shorter. You can also use a hand blender.
