Your order will be shipped on the next working day. For the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium there is an average delivery time of 1 day. For all other countries you have to be a little more patient ;).

You will receive an e-mail from the courier service with a time for delivery in advance. Make sure you are present, or use the email the courier sends you to make use of the options to have your order delivered to another address, dropped off at your doorstep, or delivered to a Parcel Pickup Shop.

Upon receiving your order, open the box immediately and place the milkshakes and Ice-Sticks in the freezer! Then you can enjoy your Shakezz as soon as possible.
